My approach is based on my motto: each student is a resource for learning. I inspire you to believe what you are able to do and how to learn from your mistakes. I lead you to the best moment of learning and that is the "aha moment". For this matter, the approach is based on your capability, consequently, a learning-system that is only suited for you. Based on my experiences, many students don't believe in themselves and this influences their learning. I always start my lessons with this: "Do not say that I can't". Maths is the easiest course to learn because there are always regulations to follow. The important point in my tutoring is to lead my students to follow the rational thinking in math and to explore their abilities in problem solving. The other point that I focus on is to find the best study techniques which is well suited for my students. There were many students that were tutored by me in math but they got better results in other subjects as well. The reason was obvious: they found their own study techniques with the help of my tutoring approach.
